I had an awesome time with my friends at this hotel! We visited the Bergidum Theatre and the Ponferrada Town Hall, both were super close and easy to explore. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and appreciated the clean rooms. Remember, the parking is tricky, so expect to find space nearby.

One downside was the Wi-Fi—it was pretty poor, so if you need to work or stream, plan accordingly.

Staying at this hotel was great because it’s just a short walk to several attractions like the Museo De Las Cofradias De Semana Santa and the beautiful Basilica Nuestra Senora de la Encina, making my city strolls super enjoyable and easy to plan. plus, the service was efficient and the rooms were clean, which made me feel at home during my short stay.

It was just a proper fit for a couple of nights in Ponferrada with good value. Breakfast was nice, especially the coffee. Bring a light jacket for the breakfast area since it can get chilly.

Consider asking for a room away from the street to reduce noise from traffic and nearby celebrations.

Additionally, I found the breakfast offering to be quite underwhelming for a four-star establishment, lacking pleasant options. Lastly, the room insulation was inadequate, making it noisy at night with street celebrations disrupting my sleep.

i had a pleasant stay at ac hotel ponferrada by marriott. the location was very central, making it easy to walk to the city's center. my standard twin room was spacious and well-equipped. The wi-fi was reliable for streaming. the staff, especially ricardo at check-in, provided outstanding service and made me feel welcome. i also enjoyed relaxing in the comfortable ac lounge with friends.

I had a good experience there. The room was pretty spacious , and the shower over the bath was a nice touch. The best part was the breakfast , especially the coffee. It was really good , and that made my morning better.
